Methodology: Deep understanding of project management frameworks such as SAP Activate, Agile, or Prince2 in an SAP context. Strategic Vision: Ability to manage project scope, timelines, and budgets while translating business needs into integrated SAP roadmaps. Stakeholder Management: Strong presence in stakeholder engagement, capable of managing expectations at the C-level and mentoring project teams. Language Skills: Based in Belgium with professional fluency in Dutch and English (both required). Your responsibilities: Project Governance: Lead end-to-end SAP SCM implementations, overseeing all phases from discovery and design to deployment and hypercare. Resource Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams of consultants and developers to ensure high-quality delivery and optimal resource allocation. Risk & Quality: Conduct proactive risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure all deliverables meet strict quality standards. Financial Control: Take full ownership of project KPIs, including budget tracking, forecasting, and contract management for SCM/Logistics streams. Change Leadership: Facilitate steering committee meetings and workshops, driving organizational change and ensuring high user adoption.
