As a Senior Estimator at AUREOS INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES LIMITED, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a wide range of infrastructure projects, contributing to our continued growth and success.

Responsibilities:**

* Lead the preparation of comprehensive and accurate cost estimates for various infrastructure projects for utilities works, from conceptual to detailed design stages.
* Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare thorough and detailed quantity take-offs.
* Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure all project requirements are understood and incorporated into estimates.
* Develop and maintain a robust database of cost data, including labor, materials, and equipment rates.
* Identify and assess potential risks and opportunities associated with project estimates and propose mitigation strategies.
* Prepare detailed bid proposals, including scope of work, assumptions, exclusions, and clarifications.
* Present and defend estimates to internal stakeholders and clients.
* Mentor and support junior estimators, fostering their professional development.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in estimating.

Qualifications:**

* Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in estimating for infrastructure projects, with a strong emphasis on HV engineering works.
* Proven track record of successfully estimating large-scale and complex infrastructure projects.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project
* In-depth knowledge of HV Electrical construction methods, materials, equipment, and labor costs.
* Strong analytical, finding engineered solutions, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
* Professional certification (e.g., RICS, AACE International) is a plus.
