About the Job

Support Event Managers with the planning and execution of larger programs across multiple markets.
Create and manage key event materials, including Program Briefs, Manifests, signage, checklists, and client deliverables.
Source and coordinate vendors, venues, and event staff while ensuring program and compliance requirements are met.
Build strong relationships with clients, hotel partners, venues, and preferred vendors.
Manage program financials, including Scopes of Work, deposits, expenses, reconciliation, and final invoicing.
Maintain accurate program and vendor information in Salesforce and other internal systems.
Balance multiple programs and shifting priorities while proactively identifying potential risks and solutions.
Collaborate across teams to ensure program details, timelines, and client expectations are met.
Support and guide Event Associates during program preparation, logistics, and on-site execution.
