Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (Insurance certifications preferred). 2–5 years of experience in P&C Insurance operations. Strong knowledge of policy administration, underwriting support, endorsements, and renewals. Familiarity with commercial lines, specialty lines, or personal lines insurance. Experience with insurance platforms such as Guidewire or other policy administration systems is preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Process policy transactions including New Business, Renewals, Endorsements, Cancellations, and Reinstatements. Review and validate insurance documents for accuracy and completeness. Support underwriting teams by gathering and analyzing risk information. Process mid-term policy changes and endorsements in policy systems. Ensure adherence to client guidelines, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintain productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets. Conduct quality checks and identify process improvement opportunities. Coordinate with onshore teams, brokers, underwriters, and internal stakeholders. Assist in training junior team members and act as an SME for process-related queries.
