Their primary objective is to optimize the President's time and responsibilities, facilitating decision-making and ensuring the efficient flow of information between different departments and strategic partners. Responsibilities: Schedule Management: Coordinate the President's daily, weekly, and monthly schedule. Organize meetings, conferences, business trips, and internal and external events. Ensure the President's punctuality and preparedness for commitments. Administrative Support: Prepare, review, and file documents, reports, and presentations. Manage correspondence and communications, ensuring timely responses. Internal and External Relations: Act as a liaison between the President and different departments. Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and strategic partners. Coordinate the logistics of meetings with senior management and other executives. Protocol Duties Organize corporate events, both internal and external. Coordinate travel, vehicle rentals, accommodations, and other related matters. Decision-Making Support: Prepare reports and research to facilitate the President's decision-making. Monitor key projects and coordinate the implementation of strategic decisions. Special Project Management: Coordinate and monitor special projects assigned by the President. Ensure that deadlines and objectives for these projects are met. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment. Advanced English (C1-C2 level). Skills: Excellent time management and multitasking ability. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Discretion and handling of confidential information. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
