At The Big Search, we run executive search for Europe's best VC and PE-backed tech companies. Our team is sharp and operating at the frontier of what AI-powered search can do. We built Topliner, our own AI research platform and CRM, because speed and quality in executive search are not a trade-off. We wanted both, so we built the tool to make it possible. This role sits at the centre of that. You'll own the intelligence behind every search we run. That means shaping search strategy, designing precise scorecards, and turning full market coverage into a handpicked shortlist. Topliner handles the scale. You bring the judgement. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼: Take full ownership of executive search projects from brief to shortlist Design search strategies and scorecards with the precision to surface the best talent in the market Deliver an exceptional client experience that keeps people coming back Partner with consultants on market intelligence and candidate landscape to help clients make the right call Be a power user of Topliner and a critical thinker, actively pushing the platform to improve and bringing concrete ideas to make the search process faster and sharper 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿: At least 3 years of executive search research experience, ideally at a firm working with VC or PE-backed clients Domain expertise in SaaS and/or Deeptech is a must Passionate about sourcing, with the drive to deliver speed and quality without needing constant direction Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and keeping complex projects on track Self-driven, get-it-done attitude Excited to work with AI and build things that don't have a playbook yet 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲: The exec search industry is changing fast and we're not waiting to see how it lands.
