Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior FAE to join our South China team, based in Shenzhen, China. This role is responsible for supporting the design-in and production deployment of Lattice FPGA solutions across key markets, including automotive, industrial, video, and server applications. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, channel partners, sales teams, and global R&D organizations to help drive customer success and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Sales Technical Support (Design-in)

• Serve as the primary technical interface for customers, providing application support for Lattice FPGA, CPLD solutions.
• Recommend device selection and solution architectures based on customer requirements and application scenarios, including industrial control, automotive, video bridging, video processing, server, and medical applications.
• Partner with sales teams on customer visits, technical training, solution demonstrations, and validation activities to drive new design opportunities.

2. Customer Project Support (Design-win)

• Support customers throughout the FPGA development lifecycle, including design reviews, tool training, debugging, and board-level troubleshooting.

• Resolve technical challenges related to timing closure, resource utilization, device configuration, and system integration.

3. Post-Sales Production Support

• Provide technical and quality support for customers during production and post-production phases.
• Collaborate with Applications Engineering and Quality teams to investigate issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions.

4. Channel Enablement and Market Intelligence

• Deliver technical training and project support to distributor FAE teams to enhance their technical capabilities.
• Collect customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and industry trends to provide input on product planning and market strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Communications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 12+ years of electronics industry experience, including at least 5 years in FPGA development or technical support (FAE/AE).

• Strong knowledge of the Lattice FPGA portfolio, including Avant, Nexus, ECP, and MachXO device families.
• Proficiency with Lattice development tools such as Radiant, Diamond, and Propel.
• Hands-on experience with FPGA design flows, including RTL design, simulation, timing analysis, implementation, and debugging.
• Proficient in Verilog, System Verilog, or VHDL.

• Experience designing, integrating, or debugging high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, SerDes, MIPI, DDR, Ethernet, HDMI, and DP/eDP.
• Strong board-level debugging skills with hands-on experience using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other test equipment.
• Knowledge of at least two application areas, including automotive electronics, industrial automation, video processing and bridging, or server systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and self-motivated mindset.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global R&D teams.

• 根据客户的具体项目场景（如工业控制、车载、视频桥接、视频处理、服务器、医疗设备等）提供精准的器件选型与方案评估；
• 配合销售团队进行客户拜访、技术培训、方案演示及测试验证，推动新项目导入。

2. 客户项目落地支持（Design-win）

• 跟进客户 FPGA 项目开发全过程，包括原理图审查、工具培训、时序约束、工程移植、代码调试及板级调试；
• 协助解决开发及量产过程中遇到的技术问题，包括时序收敛、资源优化、配置加载及现场故障分析。

3. 售后量产技术维护

• 负责客户量产后的质量与技术支持，妥善处理量产异常、批次差异及工艺适配等问题；
• 负责收集客户一线的失效现象与测试数据，进行故障复现，并积极配合 应用工程师团队和质量团队完成问题定位、根因分析（RCA）、对策输出与闭环跟进。

4. 渠道赋能与市场反馈

• 为代理商 FAE 提供技术培训与项目支持，提升整体技术能力；
• 收集客户需求、竞争动态及行业趋势，为产品规划和市场策略提供建议。

任职要求：

• 电子工程、微电子、通信工程、计算机科学或相关专业本科及以上学历；
• 12年以上电子行业经验，其中至少5年 FPGA 研发或高级技术支持（FAE/AE）经验。

• 熟悉 Lattice FPGA 产品生态，包括 Avant、Nexus、ECP、MachXO 等系列；
• 熟练使用 Lattice Radiant、Diamond、Propel 等开发工具；
• 具备 FPGA 全流程开发经验，包括 RTL 设计、仿真、时序分析与调试；
• 熟练掌握 Verilog/System Verilog 或 VHDL。

• 具备高速接口（PCIe、SerDes、MIPI、DDR、Ethernet、HDMI、DP/eDP 等）设计或调试经验；
• 具备板级硬件调试经验，能够熟练使用示波器、逻辑分析仪等测试设备；
• 对汽车电子、工业控制、视频处理/桥接、服务器等领域中的至少两个行业有较深入理解。

• 具备较强的分析问题和解决问题能力，自驱力强；
• 良好的客户沟通和跨团队协作能力；
• 具备良好的英语读写及口语沟通能力，能够与全球研发团队进行技术交流。
