QbePrimary Details Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee Title: Senior Field Marketing Representative-Crop The Opportunity: The purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service to various stakeholders, including agencies, agents, employees, and contractors. This involves creatively troubleshooting and processing new agencies, agents, transfers, or terminations for employees while ensuring compliance with regulations and timely processing. The role also entails taking ownership of specialty areas and quality assurance aspects within the department, working on moderately complex projects and some cross-functional initiatives. Location: Work Remotely Kansas or Missouri, USA (ONLY) Work Arrangement: This role is fully remote; this role will require local and overnight travel as well. The starting salary range for this role is between $68,000-$102,000, depending on experience and location Your New Role: Build and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships. Maintain and update processes for filings to ensure compliance with regulations. Support agent, agency and adjuster licensing to ensure compliance with requirements. Handle escalations and guide team members. Track and implement departmental metrics. Assist with implementing audit processes. Take ownership in specialty areas within the department. Provide training and mentorship to department staff. Lead special projects related to changing regulations. Contribute to a positive work environment and cultural expectations. Confidently present and communicate new materials, processes, and business updates to agents and employee Required Qualifications Secondary school certification. Valid Driver's License. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Ability to travel as required Experience in agriculture. Preferred Work Experience Marketing, sales, customer service, or business development experience, preferably in a corporate or field-based environment. Working knowledge of the insurance industry, agriculture industry, or crop insurance marketplace preferred. Experience supporting projects, events, campaigns, or customer-facing initiatives. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders Ability to learn and apply industry terminology, products, and business processes. Compensation Package: The salary range for this role is provided above. This is the national range for location(s) listed. The salary offer will be decided based on the role's complexity, its location, and the candidate’s professional background, including their education and experience. Beyond the base salary, regular full-time and part-time employees will also be eligible for QBE’s annual discretionary bonus plan based on business and individual performance.
