We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Senior Finance Associate to work in our Finance Division.
Join Morgan Stanley’s Finance Division in Budapest and play a key role in shaping how capital insights support business decisions across the Firm. In this Director role, you will go beyond reporting—delivering high-quality analysis and meaningful insights on capital and balance sheet metrics that directly impact senior decision-making.

What you'll do in the role:
- Deliver accurate and insightful capital and management reporting across RWA, Leverage, Capital and Balance Sheet metrics.
- Partner with Finance, Risk, Business and Technology teams to transform data into actionable business insights and strategic decision support.
- Design and enhance automated reporting solutions using modern data and analytics platforms.
- Drive process optimization and workflow improvements, reducing manual effort while strengthening controls and data quality.
- Support the development of next-generation regulatory and management reporting capabilities aligned with evolving business and regulatory requirements.
What you'll bring to the role:
- 4+ years of experience in Finance, Regulatory Reporting, Risk, Data Analytics, or related functions within financial services.
- Strong understanding of capital, leverage, balance sheet, or other regulatory reporting metrics.
- Strong data analysis skills, with experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Experience with modern data and analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, Python, or similar technologies).
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving, workflow design, and stakeholder management skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities.
