What you’ll do

The Senior Finance Change and Enablement Analyst is a critical role focused on driving transformation across our most critical Finance initiatives. In this role, you will transform behaviors and mindsets to drive end user adoption and achieve desired business outcomes. To be successful, you will develop holistic change management strategies to overcome adoption hurdles, minimize resistance and ensure impacted audiences are ready and enabled. By acting as a trusted partner, you’ll advise senior leadership on strategies and approaches for getting the business from the “as is” state to the desired adoption state.

Successful candidates will be able to quickly build rapport and trust-based relationships and collaborate effectively across training, communications, project and business teams. You will execute with empathy and have a passion for connecting the dots for impacted users and their leadership. You will drive a consistent drum-beat to ensure people understand the “why,” feel prepared and excited for the change.

This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Sr. Director of Finance Strategy and Operations.

Responsibility

Identify impacted audiences by driving and completing stakeholder analysis and impact assessments, defining personas, areas of resistance, and motivators
Partner with business owners to define adoption and business success; Partner with SMEs to create user‑focused training and enablement materials that support readiness and adoption
Partner with Project Management teams to ensure alignment on progress, raise risks, and increase change management advocacy where appropriate
Craft holistic, right-sized change strategies and drive execution across the Finance organization; drive broader culture and communication strategies across Finance (e.g. newsletters, team spotlights)
Partner with other enablement and communications team members to develop plans consistent with Docusign’s broader change strategy, approach and branding
Develop and manage change plans, including change deliverable execution (communications and training)
Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other metrics of success to ensure we are meeting adoption goals or pivoting where needed
Build executive‑level presentations that distill complex information into concise, decision‑ready insights
Develop a flexible change strategy, methodology, and toolkit to drive holistic adoption across Finance and enable other Finance teams to drive change within their teams

Job Designation

Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.

What you bring

Basic

5 years + of change management experience, leading large scale transformation across varied audiences, technologies and processes
Experience with Finance organizations, processes, and stakeholders
Natural problem-solver with proven experience managing multiple unique projects and stakeholder groups
Ability to influence and drive change and execution without direct authority
Consultative approach, including the ability to analyze current state processes to challenge the status quo, connect dots, and envision the “art of the possible”
Strong communication and storytelling skills, including presentation and white paper building

Preferred

Experience in the enterprise software industry (SaaS and B2B experience)
Experience in strategy, planning, and operations work
Research and analysis skills that can be applied to bring clarity to ambiguous problems or asks
Understands financial and business metrics

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $105,800.00 - $163,450.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for the following:

Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
