(Senior) Finance Controlling & Tax Consultant

Location: Job ID: 9880 Your role in our team support the financial steering, governance, and operational finance setup of our Portugal hub. this role will be part of the Portugal hub organization and report directly to the Head of Hub, with a close interface to business area controlling, operations leadership, corporate finance, group tax, group legal, payroll, and global mobility The position may also include support for the future setup of an additional hub in Eastern Europe. Combining hands-on finance execution with a strong understanding of intercompany business, transfer pricing, SLA-based service models, hub financial governance, and cross-border employee deployment implications Support building and managing the financial backbone of the hub model, including invoicing, cost allocation, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and alignment with international governance standards Your profile Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Business Administration , or a related field Experience in a shared services, hub, matrix, or international corporate environment Strong understanding of: intercompany charging, SLA-based finance models, transfer pricing interfaces, budgeting and forecasting, cost center management and financial reporting Good practical knowledge of international or European corporate tax topics, especially in relation to employee deployment and permanent establishment implications Experience working with group tax, legal, payroll, and global mobility stakeholders Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex business models into clear financial structures Fluent English required; Portuguese is a strong advantage Your benefits Exciting tasks in a fast-growing, future-oriented industry player Competitive salary package, with extra-days off, including your birthday, flexible working hours and remote work option.
