Senior Finance Expert (m/f/d)

Deine Aufgaben Coordinate and oversee accounting processes across all German entities Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings Consolidate and prepare financial reporting for headquarters Monitor budgets and cash flows across portfolio companies, including variance analysis Manage external tax advisors, auditors, and accounting service providers Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements (incl. German GAAP) Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and reporting structures Support the integration of new entities and the ongoing development of the finance function Dein Profil Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field Extensive experience in controlling, accounting, or audit, ideally in an international environment Strong knowledge of German accounting standards; IFRS is a plus Experience working with multi-entity or group structures Confident in managing external stakeholders and collaborating with international teams Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Structured, proactive, and hands-on working style Fluent in German and English written and spoken Unser Angebot für Dich With us, you’ll find a work culture built on giving you the space to grow.
