  • Project Accounting: Design and execute project accounting for R&D/Operations initiatives, ensuring alignment with SR&ED and grant reporting requirements.
  • Cost Accounting: Support Manufacturing on standard costing, inventory valuation, and product-line margin analysis.
  • Systems Transformation: Lead selection/implementation of a cloud FP&A tool and scope the QBO-to-ERP migration (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct).
  • Financial Reporting & Audit: Manage month/quarter-end reporting, year-end close, external audits, government/SR&ED audits, and GAAP/IFRS-compliant internal controls.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a small finance team; present financial updates to senior leadership and the CFO.

Key Qualifications:

    • 12+ years of progressive finance experience, with direct, hands-on ownership of financial analysis, reporting, and consolidation, along with previous experience leading or mentoring a finance team.
    • Experience partnering cross-functionally with teams within the technology, manufacturing, and/or R&D sector, with semiconductor industry experience considered an asset.
    • Demonstrated experience leading multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation and experience leading or supporting ERP implementations or system migrations.
    • Advanced Excel/MS Office skills; working knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and ERP systems.
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce; CPA designation is an asset.
    • Strong business judgment, communication skills, and comfort operating across time zones and cultures in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

    What We Offer:

    • Competitive total rewards program, including comprehensive benefits, paid time off, professional development, and more.
    • The opportunity to join one of Canada’s premier hi-tech leaders at a pivotal moment, playing a direct role in developing world-class, innovative solutions that are actively powering the next generation of global AI infrastructure.
    • A collaborative, innovative, and fast-paced international environment where your career can grow alongside the company.
