- Support alliance-related audit, compliance, and internal control requirements.
Financial Planning and Analysis
- Own end-to-end SG&A planning for the U.S. oncology business, including Annual Plan, Latest Best Estimate, and Long-Range Plan processes.

- Identify opportunities to improve forecasting, reporting accuracy, financial systems, efficiency, and agility.
Business Partnership and Leadership
- Advise commercial leaders and cross-functional partners on SG&A investment decisions, priorities, risks, and opportunities.
- Support budget management across marketing, sales, market access, and other commercial workstreams while protecting critical investments.
- Collaborate with Brand Finance, Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis, Commercial Center of Finance, and R&D Finance on brand-level financial matters.
- Lead, coach, and develop one direct report.

- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal controls, company financial policies, and alliance agreement requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, or accounting required.
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
- At least 2 years of people-management experience, including coaching and developing finance talent.
