Senior Finance Officer

We’re Hiring: 2 x Senior Finance Officers

Remote | Full-time | Philippines

Handled is recruiting on behalf of a client operating in the SaaS sector. We are looking for two experienced Bookkeepers (Finance Officers) to support its growing global business, with operations across Australia, the UAE and the US.

The roles will support day-to-day finance operations across accounts payable and accounts receivable, including:

• Process supplier invoices and manage accounts payable.
• Prepare customer invoices and support revenue and subscription billing.
• Manage payments, expenses and banking transactions.
• Follow up outstanding invoices and maintain debtor records.
• Support renewals and allocate customer receipts.
• Record multi-currency transactions and receipts.
• Complete bank, supplier and customer reconciliations.
• Support month-end close and reporting.
• Process payroll for employees in Australia and the United States.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

About you

Ideally, you will have:

• Relevant accounting or finance qualifications
• At least two years of AU bookkeeping or finance experience
• Experience supporting Australian or US businesses or clients
• Experience working within or supporting a SaaS business
• Strong Xero and Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with Ripling for US payroll highly regarded
• Experience using ERP or financial management systems
• Excellent attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal English communication skills
• The ability to work independently in a remote environment

Experience working in a BPO or offshore environment would be highly regarded.
