The Financial Analyst / Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting related to consolidated joint venture (JV) and management services agreement (MSA) emergency/urgent care facility operations. This position works closely with hospital partner finance teams, Intuitive Health finance staff, Operations, and internal leadership to provide accurate financial information, identify key business drivers and trends, and support operational and financial decision-making.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
· Prepare and analyze financial reporting for consolidated operations in collaboration with hospital partner finance teams and Intuitive Health finance staff.
· Review hospital partner financial data and related metrics for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
· Analyze financial performance, including key business drivers, trends, variances, risks, and opportunities, and provide insights to support management decision-making.
· Prepare monthly reporting packages and support monthly and quarterly financial reviews for our private equity partner with hospital partners and Intuitive Health leadership.
· Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including analysis of actual results compared with budget and forecast.
· Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, operational analyses, and key performance reporting.
· Perform periodic revenue cycle and operational financial analysis.
· Partner with Operations, Revenue Cycle, Accounting, and other internal teams to identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement.
· Support finance-related implementation activities for new JV and MSA partnerships, including data collection, reporting requirements, and financial package development.
· Prepare financial analysis and reporting in support of Joint Operating Committee (JOC), leadership, and partner meetings.
· Develop and prepare key reports for market leaders and respond to ad hoc financial and operational reporting requests.

SENIOR FIANCIAL ANALYST LEVEL
· In addition to the responsibilities above, the Senior Financial Analyst is expected to operate with a higher level of independence and ownership, including:
· Independently manage financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for more complex or higher-volume partnerships.
· Develop and maintain more complex financial models and analyses and provide recommendations based on findings.
· Present financial results, trends, and insights directly to Intuitive Health leadership and hospital partner stakeholders.
· Serve as a finance resource for operational leaders and cross-functional partners on assigned partnerships.
· Take a lead role in finance-related workstreams for new partnership implementations and process improvement initiatives.
· Provide guidance and support to Financial Analysts as needed; this role does not require direct people management.

REQUIRED EDUCATION
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field required.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Financial Analyst: 2-4 years of relevant finance, financial analysis, accounting, or related experience.
• Senior Financial Analyst: 4-6 years of progressive finance, financial analysis, accounting, or related experience.
• Healthcare finance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, operational analytics, and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, explain financial performance, and translate data into meaningful business insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with FP&A and financial reporting systems with multidimensionality and relational databases strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at multiple functional levels.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Experience supporting joint ventures, healthcare partnerships, or management services organizations preferred.
• Minimal travel required.
