We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst FP&A to join our Finance team, responsible for delivering high-quality financial planning, analysis and management reporting to support senior decision-making across Computershare.

The successful candidate will play an integral role within the Financial Planning and Analysis team, supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and management reporting requirements. You will work closely with senior management and key stakeholders across the business, providing insightful analysis and helping to maximise financial performance.

You will collaborate closely with Finance teams and business units across Computershare’s global locations, leveraging financial data, market expertise and specialised technology to deliver accurate and meaningful insights. Reporting to an FP&A Manager, this is a hands-on role with exposure to senior stakeholders and opportunities to contribute to strategic financial planning across the organisation.

In this role, you will play a key part in producing, analysing and consolidating global business results from key financial reports. You will provide senior management with clear, meaningful financial insights to support decision-making and drive the long-term performance of the business.

You will be responsible for maintaining, delivering and continuously improving analytical processes, consolidating global results and analysing financial data, including preparing insightful commentary and management reports. You will also manage structural business hierarchies and work closely with Finance and business teams across multiple countries, gaining broad exposure to Computershare’s global operations and financial performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting the FP&A Manager with global month-end, forecast and budget reporting, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial information and key business insights.
  
• Delivering enhanced financial and commercial analysis, including customer profitability, cross-selling opportunities, single customer views, product offerings and product profitability.
  
• Developing a holistic view of products, supporting profitability analysis and new product development, while identifying profitable opportunities and future areas for innovative growth.
  
• Consolidating and reviewing global commentary from multiple sources for month-end, forecast and budget reporting, including financial drivers, FTE and other ad hoc items.
  
• Developing clear global business headlines that summarise the key drivers behind month-end results, forecasts and budgets, providing senior management with meaningful and actionable insights.
  
• Maintaining and improving management reports, working closely with regional Finance teams to ensure all required information is received, accurate and aligned for global consolidation, while adapting to ad hoc requirements throughout the reporting process.
  
• Delivering enhanced analysis to support business growth and operational efficiencies, including month-end processing, budget versus actual analysis, prior-year comparisons and trend analysis.
  
• Supporting the development of senior management presentations, including the preparation of PowerPoint slides and review and approval of cost centres and accounts within the chart of accounts.
  
• Supporting process simplification and standardisation across the Finance function, ensuring policies, procedures and controls remain appropriate, efficient and regularly reviewed, with improvements implemented where required.
  
• Identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous process improvement, enhancing the efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness of FP&A processes and reporting.
  

What will you bring to the role?

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst FP&A with:

• Some years of financial and analytical experience.
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or local equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or similar.
