The Senior Financial Analyst, Global FP&A supports the organization's forecasting, reporting, and financial planning processes by delivering timely analysis, actionable business insights, and decision support across revenue, margin, operating expenses, and commercial performance. This role partners closely with finance leaders, business stakeholders, and regional teams to translate financial results into meaningful actions that drive performance improvement.


The position combines ownership of commercial performance reporting and forecasting with broader FP&A responsibilities, including operating expense analysis, financial modeling, variance analysis, system enhancement initiatives, and executive reporting. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted business partner, helping improve forecast accuracy, strengthen financial visibility, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.


This position is part of the Financial department located in Loveland, Co. and will be hybrid.

In this role, a typical day will look like:


Financial Planning & Forecasting

  • Support the monthly forecasting processes, ensuring accurate assumptions, timely submissions, and actionable insights.
  • Partner with functional leaders to develop forecasts for revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and headcount.
  • Perform scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to evaluate risks, opportunities, and business decisions.
  • Contribute to annual budgeting and long-range planning activities.
  • Assist in maintaining forecast integrity through validation of assumptions, trends, and business drivers.

Commercial Performance Analysis

  • Own recurring analysis of bookings, backlog, revenue, gross margin, price-volume-mix, commissions, and other commercial performance metrics.
  • Analyze business results versus forecast, plan, and prior year, identifying key drivers and recommending corrective actions.
  • Monitor backlog conversion, shipment timing, pricing realization, and product mix trends to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Support pricing, profitability, growth initiative, and sales performance analyses.
  • Develop concise, actionable commentary for business reviews and leadership presentations.

Reporting and Business Insights

  • Prepare and maintain reporting packages, KPI dashboards, financial bridges, and management review materials.
  • Support month-end close and flash reporting processes through analysis, commentary, and financial review.
  • Deliver clear executive-level insights that connect financial performance to operational outcomes.
  • Collaborate with regional and functional finance teams to improve reporting consistency and transparency.
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting efficiency, standardization, and data quality.

Financial Systems & Process Improvement

  • Support FP&A systems and reporting tools, including OneStream, Power BI, Oracle, and other planning platforms.
  • Assist with enhancements to forecasting models, reporting automation, dashboards, and data integration processes.
  • Partner with Finance, IT, and Controllership to improve data governance, controls, and reporting accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation and analytics to increase productivity and reduce manual effort.

Business Partnership & Strategic Support

  • Serve as a finance partner to business leaders by providing analysis, recommendations, and decision support.
  • Develop business cases and financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
  • Participate in special projects, M&A integration activities, and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
  • Challenge existing processes and provide recommendations that improve financial visibility and organizational performance.


The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business finance, or financial analysis.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including large dataset analysis, pivot tables, lookups, and financial models.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate financial data into business insights and recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting financial information to stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification.
  • Experience supporting revenue, commercial performance, pricing, margin, or operating expense management processes.
  • Experience with OneStream, Oracle Fusion, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar reporting and planning tools.
  • Experience within a global or matrixed organization.
  • Knowledge of financial consolidation, reporting processes, and forecasting systems.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
