Role Description The Senior Financial Planning Analyst is a full-time, remote role responsible for providing strategic financial insights and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role involves developing and maintaining detailed financial models, performing budgeting and forecasting activities, and conducting variance and trend analyses to inform leadership on performance and risks. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business initiatives into financial plans, refine KPIs, and support long-term financial strategy aligned with the company’s AI-driven growth. Daily activities include preparing financial reports and dashboards, optimizing resource allocation, and recommending improvements to financial processes and controls. The role also supports scenario planning for new products, markets, and partnerships, ensuring financial sustainability and clarity in a fast-evolving environment.

• Strong financial planning and finance skills, with experience in developing strategic plans and supporting executive decision-making.
• Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and present clear, actionable insights.
• Proficiency in budgeting & forecasting, including building and managing annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Expertise in financial modeling, including scenario analysis, cash flow modeling, and ROI evaluations for projects and investments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is an advantage.
• Strong skills in Excel and financial planning tools; familiarity with BI and data visualization platforms is beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment, with clear communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in technology, AI, fintech, or data-driven organizations is preferred, along with an interest in emerging and unbanked markets.
