We are looking to fill a key Senior Financial Planning Analyst position in Bogotá within a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate with teams across the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, and Latin America while supporting strategic financial decision-making across our global operations.

🚀 What You'll Do

As a Senior Financial Planning Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting financial analysis, reporting, consolidation, and business performance monitoring across multiple entities.

Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Supporting the consolidation and control of the Group's financial statements.

✅ Preparing and monitoring key financial KPIs, including DSO, DPO, and DII.

✅ Driving improvements in business performance analysis, including sales, costs, and margins.

✅ Participating in the annual budgeting and forecasting process.

✅ Supporting financial evaluations of new business opportunities and strategic initiatives.

✅ Preparing financial reports and consolidation analyses for executive leadership.

✅ Coordinating activities and deliverables within the Financial Planning team.

✅ Maintaining cost centers and chart of accounts across the group's ERP systems.

🎯 What We're Looking For

✔ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Financial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

✔ Conversational English level B2 or higher.

✔ 4+ years of experience in Financial Planning within multinational organizations.

✔ Experience supporting intercompany operations, and multi-currency environments.

✔ Strong background in financial statement analysis and executive-level financial presentations.

✔ Exposure to senior leadership.

✔ Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
