Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Finance Specialist to work on a contract basis. The role involves managing financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will support day-to-day financial operations while maintaining accuracy in reporting and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile daily financial transactions in compliance with accounting principles.

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.

• Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis to support financial decision-making.

• Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements for financial reporting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate accurate and timely financial close processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in financial software and spreadsheet tools such as Excel is required.

• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is required.

• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general ledger management is preferred.

• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports for stakeholders is required.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high accuracy in financial records is required.
