Role Description The Senior Financial Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for leading financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities that support Insight Genesis – IGAi’s strategic and operational decisions. This role includes developing financial models, forecasting revenue and expenses, and monitoring key performance indicators across the company’s multi-vertical platform. The Senior Financial Specialist will prepare and review financial statements, manage budgeting processes, and provide risk and opportunity assessments to leadership. Day-to-day tasks also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating complex financial data into clear recommendations, and contributing to financial strategies that improve accessibility and sustainability in emerging and unbanked markets.

• Strong foundation in Finance and Financial Planning, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Advanced Analytical Skills and proficiency in Financial Reporting, including interpreting data, preparing reports, and presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial team members and leadership.
• Experience working in or with fintech, AI-driven platforms, or emerging/unbanked markets is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency with financial analysis tools and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, financial BI tools); familiarity with data analytics platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• High ethical standards, attention to detail, and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
