About Thorit Thorit is one of Europe's leading HubSpot Partners and a leading consulting and technology firm in the DACH region. We combine strategic consulting with hands-on implementation, from CRM architecture to fully automated, AI-powered go-to-market infrastructure. Our clients are enterprise B2B companies who do not just want to adopt a platform, they want a real growth system. Our team is based in Böblingen and Lisbon, and now expanding to Tbilisi, our clients across the DACH region and beyond. Your Role As Senior Flutter Developer in our Tbilisi hub, you independently own and ship at least three major feature releases in Thorit's Flutter product within 12 months, maintaining a crash-free rate above 99.5% and code review turnaround under 24 hours. You act as the senior reference point for mobile engineering inside the Tbilisi hub and the bridge to the Germany-based Flutter team. We are hiring this role because the Flutter team in Germany is at capacity, and as the Tbilisi hub scales the engineering organisation needs a senior mobile presence inside Tbilisi to anchor the discipline locally, mentor mid-level engineers as they ramp, and reduce the frequency of escalations into the Germany team. In Phase 1 the role is fully internal-facing. Your Responsibilities Onboarding. Within 2 months, fully ramped on codebase, toolchain (Jira, Confluence, Git), and daily team rituals; delivering reviewed PRs independently. First Owned Feature. Within 3 months, ship the first self-owned feature to production with full test coverage and zero critical post-release bugs. Architecture Authority. Within 6 months, drive architecture decisions for the mobile codebase. Articulate and defend state management choices (BLoC, Riverpod) and modular architecture in team reviews. Major Feature Delivery. Lead end-to-end delivery of at least 3 major features (design, QA, App Store and Play Store release) within the 12-month window. Production Stability. Maintain crash-free rate >= 99.5% across all owned features; respond to production incidents within SLA. Mentorship. Mentor at least 1 junior or mid-level engineer joining the Tbilisi mobile track, measurable in their PR review turnaround and feature ownership. CI/CD Improvements. Contribute to pipeline improvements (build time, test reliability, deployment automation), including signing automation across iOS and Android. Async Collaboration. Documentation, async updates, and PR comments meet team standards across DE, Lisbon, and Tbilisi with no follow-up required. What We Offer Competitive compensation with a transparent salary band and a structured bonus model tied to delivery outcomes and team contribution. Remote.com EOR contract with full Georgian compliance: clean payroll in EUR, paid leave, and local social-security alignment. Hardware setup shipped to your home office before day one (laptop, monitor, peripherals). Blinkist Business (4,500+ book summaries) and Babbel (3 months) for continuous learning. Remote Work Program, up to 4 weeks per year from anywhere in the EU, with €500 setup allowance. Cross-site exchange, with a 3 to 5 day on-site visit to Lisbon or Böblingen within your first 90 days, and regular team rituals across all three sites. Tbilisi office access once leased (timeline 2026 to 2027), plus the option to keep working from home or coworking spaces in the meantime. Modern stack: HubSpot, Jira, Confluence, Claude AI, and the freedom to shape how you work. Direct leadership access, flat hierarchies, and visible impact on a hub being built from scratch. How to Apply Send your application through our careers page. No cover letter needed. What we want to see: your CV plus a concrete example of a Flutter feature shipped to App Store and Play Store you shipped end-to-end. Your Profile 5+ years of Flutter or comparable mobile experience. Deep working knowledge of widget lifecycle, performance bottlenecks, and custom rendering. You have personally debugged a non-trivial production crash using Flutter DevTools without senior support. State management depth: BLoC or Riverpod in production at scale across multiple features. You have made architectural changes that measurably improved maintainability. Cross-platform delivery experience across multiple release cycles: App Store and Play Store, including signing, review policies, and release management. Mobile architecture and modularisation: you have led or co-led modularisation of a non-trivial Flutter codebase. Comfortable making build vs. buy calls on third-party packages. Backend integration: REST API design, Firebase (Firestore, Auth, FCM), and Node.js or comparable backends. You can write or debug an integration without escalating. Quality ownership: unit, widget, and integration tests by default. You take accountability for post-release stability of owned features. Business-fluent English (working language across all three sites). Native speaker not required. Tbilisi-based, working under Remote.com EOR contract, with consistent 5-hour CET overlap daily. What Makes You Excel You have previously coached junior or mid-level mobile engineers, ideally remotely, and can describe a specific engineer you helped grow with measurable outcomes. You leave PRs, Jira comments, and Confluence notes at a quality that removes the need for sync follow-up across timezones. You can disagree constructively with an architectural choice already in production, even when the original author sits in Germany. You take accountability for production incidents in your code. No "not my area". You see being a senior in a brand-new hub as an opportunity to shape the discipline, not as a placeholder.
