Learn more about how our team is maximizing the power of water: https://wi.st/3vH5OUK About the Role: Reporting to the Director, FP&A, the Senior FP&A Analyst, will be the go‑to finance partner across two distinct manufacturing businesses partnering directly with the GM, Sales and Operations teams. This is a high‑visibility role where your models, insights, and recommendations directly shape pricing, cost‑to‑serve, and strategy—with measurable impact on margin and growth. This position is part of the finance team and will be remote. The impact you’ll make (what you’ll do): Serve as a strategic finance partner by driving the development of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long‑range planning for key business units. Build the stories behind the numbers by partnering with cross‑functional teams to develop accurate, driver‑based financial models that inform smarter decisions. Keep us on track through monthly and quarterly variance analysis that highlights performance versus plan, forecast, and prior year. Deliver reporting with dashboards and management packages that translate complex data into meaningful KPIs and actionable recommendations. Influence strategy in real time by collaborating with business leaders on profitability, pricing, and cost‑to‑serve initiatives that directly impact growth and margins. Shape investment decisions through scenario modeling and valuation work (NPV, IRR, ROI), plus a variety of ad hoc analyses that support strategic priorities. Champion smarter, faster reporting by driving automation and optimizing the tools that power our finance engine (Excel, Power BI, D365, OneStream). Why This Role is Special: True Finance Business Partner Role - You’ll work side by side with General Managers of two distinct businesses influencing strategic decisions, pricing, and cost‑to‑serve initiatives with real business impact. High Strategic Visibility & Ownership - Own forecasting, budgeting, long‑range planning, and scenario modeling, with direct exposure to senior leadership. Your insights will shape decisions at the highest level. Complex, Hands‑On Financial Challenges - Work across manufacturing/industrial environments, combining US GAAP knowledge, advanced modeling, and operational finance—perfect for someone who likes complex, real‑world financial problem solving. Essential requirements of the job include: Education: Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business (MBA/CPA/CFA a plus). Experience: 4–7 years in FP&A or corporate finance within a manufacturing/industrial environment (multi‑business exposure a plus). Technical depth : Advanced Excel; experience with Power BI preferred; familiarity with D365 and OneStream is a plus. Financial toolset : Strong budgeting/forecasting, variance analysis (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), and financial modeling. Accounting foundation: Working knowledge of US GAAP; comfort with cost accounting concepts (standard cost, PPV, inventory, absorption) is beneficial. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. (Occasional travel to manufacturing sites may be required—great for building operational context.)
