🔵 About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer (React.js) to join a fast-paced product environment and contribute to the development, enhancement, and optimization of modern web applications and customer-facing digital platforms.

This role is ideal for an engineer with strong hands-on experience in React.js, solid frontend architecture knowledge, and a proven ability to build scalable, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces in production environments.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on complex digital journeys, integrating with backend APIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering polished, production-ready frontend experiences.

🔵 Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize modern web applications using React.js
• Build responsive, scalable, and reusable frontend components and features
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services
• Collaborate closely with backend, product, QA, and design teams to deliver production-ready features
• Improve application performance, responsiveness, and maintainability
• Contribute to frontend architecture decisions, code reviews, and technical discussions
• Translate UI/UX designs into clean, high-quality frontend implementations
• Write clean, modular, and testable code following best practices
• Troubleshoot bugs, resolve performance issues, and support frontend stability in production
• Ensure consistency across user journeys, states, and reusable UI patterns
• Participate in release cycles, testing, and continuous improvement of frontend development workflows

🔵 Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js
• Strong experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
• Strong experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications
• Good understanding of component-based architecture and reusable frontend design
• Experience integrating REST APIs
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
• Experience with state management in React applications
• Good understanding of frontend performance optimization and debugging
• Experience using Git in collaborative development environments
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

🔵 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Next.js
• Experience with modern frontend tooling and build systems
• Experience with testing libraries and frontend quality practices
• Experience working in telecommunications, consumer digital products, fintech, or e-commerce
• Experience building customer-facing dashboards, account portals, or self-service platforms
• Familiarity with RTL/LTR support and bilingual interfaces
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working closely with design systems or reusable component libraries
• Familiarity with performance monitoring, analytics, and frontend observability
