Senior Full-Stack Developer & DevOps We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer & DevOps Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and cloud infrastructure in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Python-based web services and APIs. Build scalable backend and full-stack solutions. Design and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. Manage cloud infrastructure and containerized applications. Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver sustainable solutions. Provide technical input on architecture, tools, and long-term technology choices. Develop automation solutions, including AI-based regression testing. Support data, analytics, and other teams by building custom automation solutions. Maintain high standards for code quality, documentation, scalability, and security. Required Skills Strong experience with Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and Git . Experience with Celery, Pydantic, SQLModel, Alembic, and JWT . Strong DevOps experience with GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker . Experience with Google Cloud Platform , including GKE, Compute Engine, IAM, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, Storage, Secret Manager, Monitoring, and networking. Good knowledge of Linux, Nginx, networking, and system administration . Experience integrating or programmatically using AI models . Knowledge of TypeScript and Next.js is an advantage. Profile Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer in a startup or fast-paced environment. Strong cloud architecture and deployment expertise. Able to work independently and take ownership of technical solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic, hands-on mindset. Team-oriented with excellent professional integrity and communication skills. Languages English: Full professional proficiency. Dutch or French: An advantage. Work Arrangement Location: Brussels, Belgium. Work model: Hybrid, with remote work possible. Contract: Freelance assignment. Availability: Up to 90 working days during 2026. Occasional travel may be required.
