We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to help build and evolve a digital product, contributing to high-quality solutions, collaborating across teams, and supporting technical decisions aligned with business goals. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Build and maintain product features end-to-end, from backend logic to user-facing interfaces Build and optimize high-performance web applications with a strong focus on usability, performance, and maintainability Design and implement APIs and integrations with internal and external systems Drive architecture decisions and continuously improve system design and reliability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into production-ready solutions Take ownership of systems and initiatives from concept through deployment, iteration, and ongoing improvement. WHAT WE EXPECT: 3+ years of experience in full-stack or front-end/back-end development Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern front-end architecture Solid back-end skills with PHP (Laravel) and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) Experience building and consuming APIs Understanding of performance optimization, scalability, and clean architecture Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and modern development practices Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive initiatives from idea to production Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, maintainable code Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
