Advanced spoken and written English skills. Bachelor's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a similar degree. 6+ years of experience in software development with strong Python experience in production environments. Additional experience with at least one of these programming languages: TypeScript, JavaScript, or Haskell Effective usage with AI-assisted development tools (for example: ChatGPT, ClaudeCode, Copilot) Solid fundamentals with software development, systems, and troubleshooting. Deep understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and architecture. Good knowledge of creating well-structured code in any programming language. Strong analysis, problem-solving, and assertive communication skills. Ability to learn while motivating the team and delivering results with value to our clients. Nice to have: Experience working with cloud environments (AWS preferred) Experience building data pipelines, integrations, or ETL workflows. Exposure/familiarity with SQL and data modeling.
