Senior Full-Stack Developer / Technical Lead

We’re building the next stage of Cache: Dynamic AI Playbooks — personalized, evolving action plans that adapt to users’ goals, new insights, and progress.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer / Technical Lead to help us build and scale the platform.

We already have a working MVP that processes social media content using AI.

The next step is turning it into a proper SaaS product, with Projects, AI-powered Playbooks, progress tracking, and a much better user experience.

That’s why I’m looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who can also take the Technical Lead role.

Not someone who only manages developers or draws architecture diagrams. I’m looking for someone who enjoys building things, making technical decisions, and taking ownership of the code.

• Help define the technical architecture and development direction.
• Write code. A significant part of your time will still be hands-on development.
• Build and improve backend services, APIs, and integrations.
• Work with an AI engineer on the Projects & Playbooks functionality.
• Make sure the platform is reliable, secure, and ready to scale.
• Review code, establish good development practices, and help other developers.
• Challenge technical decisions when you believe there’s a better approach.

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong Python skills (Flask, FastAPI or similar).
• Experience with React / Next.js and TypeScript.
• Good understanding of databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience building and shipping real software products.
• Previous experience coordinating developers or leading the technical development of a project.
• Someone comfortable making decisions, explaining trade-offs, and taking responsibility for the outcome.

• Experience building SaaS products.
• Experience with Google Cloud and Firebase.
• Familiarity with LLMs, OpenAI APIs, or AI-powered applications.
• Relevant cloud or software architecture certifications. (AWS Solutions Architect Professional, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CCSP, Google Cloud ML Engineer Professional)

Cache is an early-stage project, not an established company with multiple departments and layers of management.

You’ll work with a small team. There will be room to experiment, make decisions, and influence how the product evolves.

There will also be things we haven’t figured out yet. I’m looking for someone who sees that as an interesting challenge rather than a problem.
