About the project:
US-based startup building an enterprise AI operating system for real assets, similar in spirit to Palantir Foundry/AIP. The platform connects to a company's existing systems, models its business as an ontology, and runs AI agents that automate multi-step workflows.
The company started in real estate and is now expanding into e-commerce and warehouse operations.
Requirements:
- Strong TypeScript and solid backend experience, NestJS preferred.
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript, React and Next.js; you are comfortable owning both frontend and backend.
- Proven experience building integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, OMS or similar).
- Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka).
- Background in e-commerce, grocery delivery, logistics or warehouse operations.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: end-to-end ownership, independence, and an understanding of the business problem behind each task.
- Good English (spoken and written).
Nice to have:
- Experience integrating with SAP ERP and/or WMS, especially Manhattan Associates.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, AWS, LangChain or LLM-based applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain backend services and integrations with enterprise systems (SAP, Manhattan WMS, Oracle SQL, Samsara).
- Extend the platform's ontology and integration layer to support new clients and domains.
- Build event-driven data flows and workflows on Kafka.
- Develop frontend features in React/Next.js and take features from UI to database.
- Contribute to agentic AI applications, including voice and chat agents for customer care.
- Work closely with the CEO, CTO, and the US team to turn business problems into working solutions.
- Own your work end to end, from understanding the problem to delivery.
Benefits:
- Full-time, long-term engagement as an individual contributor (technical leadership stays with the CTO and co-founder).
- 15 days of paid vacation.
- Direct work with the founders and real influence on product and architecture.
- A chance to work on enterprise AI with real clients and real operations.
- Remote work.
