Position: Senior Full Stack Engineer

Location: Helsinki, Finland

Mode: Hybrid - 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-quality web applications involved in identification service, customer feedback, media bank, store marketing etc. This role requires strong technical expertise across front-end and back-end technologies, architectural thinking, and the ability to mentor junior developers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development of complex web applications
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions
• Develop modern, responsive front-end interfaces
• Design and implement robust back-end services and APIs
• Own database design, performance tuning, and data integrity
• Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor team members
• Collaborate with Product, UX, DevOps, and QA teams
• Drive technical decisions and participate in solution design discussions
• Ensure high standards of security, reliability, and maintainability
