Is this job info correct?

Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Platform Hybrid in Palo Alto (Mon / Wed / Thurs) · $175K–$200K base + meaningful early-stage equity + full benefits About Sodalis Specialty pharmacy is where the most complex and expensive drugs reach the most in-need patients, and it still runs on faxes, phone tag, and manual data entry. Patients wait weeks for therapies that can't wait. Sodalis is building AI agents that run those operations end to end: reading and validating prescriptions, handling phone calls, and moving prescriptions through eligibility and fulfillment. The ambition goes beyond that. We want to be the rails every specialty prescription runs on, and the first system to perform clinical review at the standard of a pharmacist. We're already in production, processing tens of thousands of prescriptions a week. Backed by Gradient Ventures (Google's AI fund), and founded by veterans of Apple's Applied ML, Included Health, and Avella Specialty Pharmacy (scaled to $1.5B+ before its acquisition by OptumRx). The Opportunity We've built the system that runs specialty pharmacy operations in production. Now we're turning it into a platform, one that onboards a new pharmacy through configuration rather than a custom build. That's the problem you'd own. It's a genuine platform problem. You'll design the data models that let one system serve many pharmacies with different workflows, build the APIs everything runs on, and build the applications on top: the back-office tools operations depends on and the product customers use. The hard part is judgment: what becomes configuration and what stays code, how to generalize across customers without over-fitting to any one, and how to do all of it on a system that's already live and can't break. You won't be building in a vacuum. There's a working product, real customers, and more waiting to use the platform, so you build around real needs instead of hypotheticals, and work directly with the people who'll use what you ship. You'd own the full stack end to end, from data model to API to interface, working directly with the founders and the early engineering team on the architecture and where the platform goes. What you'll do Turn per-customer implementation into configurable product, so onboarding is configuration, not code. Design the data models that let one platform serve many pharmacies with different workflows. Build and own the APIs the product and its integrations run on. Build the applications on top, from design specs to production: back-office tools, customer-facing interfaces, and dashboards. Work directly with customers to build the platform around how they actually operate. Partner with the founders and early engineering team on architecture and roadmap. What we're looking for 5+ years building full-stack, customer-facing production apps, owned end to end from interface to APIs to data layer. Strong data modeling and API design: you build systems that generalize, not one-offs. Product instinct: you turn customer needs into clean, scalable interfaces, and work well from design specs. You've turned bespoke or services work into reusable product: one-off implementations made configurable. You've shipped 0→1 in startups and are comfortable with ambiguity. Curiosity about how specialty pharmacies operate, so you build around real workflows. No healthcare background required. How we work We're a handful of people going all in on a problem we think is worth it, holding a high bar and shipping work that reaches real patients. It's intense, and it isn't for everyone. We want people who want to build something that matters, alongside others who care as much as they do. If that's you, we should talk.
