Senior Full Stack Engineer, Product (React, TypeScript, Go)

About the Opportunity:

The SENIOR FULL STACK ENGINEER, PRODUCT (REACT, TYPESCRIPT, GO) will own core product features across the React, TypeScript, and Go technology stack. This role involves end-to-end feature development, collaborating directly with customers, designers, and product managers to understand user behavior, and working with machine learning engineers to integrate insights that empower marketers to make informed decisions. The position is critical to delivering impactful marketing and growth products that enhance user experience and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and build features end to end for new marketing and growth products
• Collaborate closely with customers and cross-functional partners to determine development priorities
• Work with machine learning engineers to integrate data insights into the product
• Develop components of a deep analytics and observability platform
• Integrate complex machine learning models into interactive user interfaces
• Design intuitive interfaces for marketing and growth teams to configure experiments

Requirements:

• 5 to 12 years of experience in user-facing, product-centric software engineering roles at a senior level or above
• At least 2 years experience in fast-paced startup environments (Series A to D) building SaaS products
• Demonstrated career growth through increased responsibility and ownership
• Experience with customer-facing products and rapid feedback cycles
• Strong full stack skills including API design, database migrations, SQL, and frontend UI development
• Proficiency in TypeScript and SQL, with knowledge of Go
• Solid understanding of backend API design and data modeling
• Proven track record building user interfaces from concept to delivery
• Ability to independently lead and architect complex frontend systems preferred
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university
• Strong communication skills, curiosity, high aptitude, and adaptability to fast-paced environments

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Base salary: $180,000 to $320,000
• Equity: ISO stock options
• Full-time, fully remote across the US or Canada
• Visa support including OPT, H1B transfer, TN, O-1, and similar sponsorships
