As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the TypeScript platform behind our yield analytics, Yield Manager, and Prebid tooling, owning features end-to-end from the React UI to the Node services and data layer.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development

Deliver features across our TypeScript monorepo: React front-ends, Node back-end services, and the ETL jobs that ingest and process advertising data.

Data & Performance

Design and optimize queries against ClickHouse and MongoDB, and keep large analytical workloads fast and reliable.

Quality & Reliability

Maintain a well-tested codebase with high coverage, review merge requests, and help keep CI, background job processing, and real-time delivery stable in production.

Technical Ownership

Shape architecture and conventions within the monorepo, mentor other engineers, and take ownership of ambiguous problems through to a shipped result.

Required Experience

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a significant part in TypeScript.
• Experience building and operating production web applications with both a front-end and a back-end component.
• Experience working on data-heavy products with large-scale analytical or event data.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong TypeScript and Node.js.
• React and modern front-end tooling.
• SQL and experience with at least one OLAP database; ClickHouse is a strong plus.
• MongoDB or a comparable document store.
• Redis and queue-based job processing (BullMQ or similar).
• Solid testing practice: unit and integration tests, snapshot and screenshot tests, end-to-end tests, and working comfortably in a codebase that enforces high coverage.
• Git-based workflow with merge requests and CI.
• Clear communication in English

Nice-to-have Skills

• Adtech or programmatic advertising experience
• Monorepo tooling.
• PostgreSQL.
• Cloudflare Workers or other edge runtimes.
• Go, for collaborating with our back-end team.
• Experience bringing ML into production
• Experience setting up/building agentic workflows/tools for development, building specific-purpose MCPs
