About the Role
Join an early-stage AI engineering software team building tools for designing physical systems. You will help accelerate product development, take ownership from idea through production, and contribute to a more agent-driven approach to software development.
What You'll Do

Gradually take on backend-leaning full stack work, including features, infrastructure, and systems.
Own features end to end, including architecture, deployment, and reliability.
Establish and promote effective practices for development with AI coding agents.
Collaborate with field engineers, AI researchers, and company leaders to prototype product ideas for industrial users.
What We're Looking For
Three to ten years of experience as a software or full stack engineer, including experience at a startup or early-stage company.
Experience taking products or major features from concept to production, with strong ownership and adaptability as priorities change.
Backend-focused full stack skills, with mid-level frontend ability and experience with .NET, React, and TypeScript.
Comfort using AI coding agents and debugging or correcting their output.
Experience owning architecture, deployment, and reliability, and an interest in physical systems, engineering design, or simulation.
Based in the United States or Canada and able to work without visa sponsorship.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $200,000 to $275,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
