As our Senior AI Engineer, Multimodal Systems, you will architect and build the next generation of AI-powered features by integrating computer vision, speech processing, and natural language understanding. You’ll transform raw data into intelligent, low-latency systems that define the future of video content. Responsibilities Define the technical roadmap for our multimodal AI initiatives. Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated multimodal AI models from research to production. Build and optimize object detection models for real-time video analysis. Develop industry-leading Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) systems. Create advanced semantic search capabilities for text data. Integrate AI systems into robust, scalable pipelines and optimize for performance. Mentor junior engineers and elevate the team's technical capabilities. Requirements We're looking for seasoned engineers who can translate complex AI concepts into tangible product value. Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field. 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying production AI/ML systems. Expertise in Python, including ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and web frameworks (Flask, FastAPI). Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, including Transformers, CNNs, and RNNs. Solid grasp of NLP concepts, embedding techniques, and vector search. Proven experience deploying ML models in major cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure). Bonus points Experience with LLM tools, vector databases, signal processing, MLOps, or distributed computing.
