You're the kind of person who sees a product gap, understands the root cause quickly, and ships a working feature in hours or days, not weeks. You love turning complex workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces, and you don't wait for a perfect spec to get started. You're a builder who's just as comfortable designing React UIs and TypeScript APIs as you are wiring up Python backends or deploying to Google Cloud or Azure. You sweat the details, but never let them block momentum. At Filed, engineering means more than owning the code. You own the outcome.
