Senior Fullstack Engineer

💰 Compensation

Monthly net base salary: TRY 200,000–350,000 (net, take-home).

📍 Location

This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based anywhere in Türkiye. We work as a remote-first team with regular online collaboration.

a1mobile is building the AI-native carrier for businesses.

We're rebuilding the carrier layer, bringing mobile, landline, and AI phone systems together. Every business number should answer, understand, take action, and follow up.

We recently raised an $11.5M seed round led by General Catalyst, with backing from Menlo Ventures, Revo Capital, SV Angel, Commerce Ventures, and other leading investors.

We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer with deep backend expertise to lead technical decisions, own complex systems, and build production software used by real businesses.

🧭 Experience we're looking for

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.

• 4+ years building and running production backend systems with Python.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with modern frontend work (Next.js, React, TypeScript).

🛠 What we expect from you

• Strong experience building production backend systems with Python, including async/await.

• Production experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks.

• Strong SQL skills, including relational data modeling, migrations, and query optimization.

• Deep expertise in API design, backend architecture, and asynchronous systems.

• Experience leading architecture decisions and improving the performance, reliability, and maintainability of production systems.

• The ability to break down complex problems, review code thoughtfully, and mentor other engineers.

• Experience with Next.js, React, and TypeScript.

• Experience with AWS, AI/MCP integrations, or telecom technologies is a plus.

• Experience with Flutter and Dart is a plus.
