About the Role

Join a small product engineering team building software for healthcare providers and patients. You will own core platform systems and user-facing products, helping make clinical and operational workflows more accurate and easier to manage.

What You'll Do

  • Design and build fullstack features, from data models and APIs through to user experiences.

  • Develop AI-enabled tools for clinical documentation, treatment planning, reassessments, supervision, and administrative work.

  • Build reliable systems for healthcare authorization, billing, payment processing, and revenue operations.

  • Create products that support provider operations, including credentialing, compliance, payroll, scheduling, and staffing.

  • Improve patient and family experiences across intake, onboarding, scheduling, communication, progress tracking, and payments.

  • Automate operational workflows and strengthen platform security, compliance, reliability, and AI infrastructure.

  • Model complex workflows as clear states, transitions, and business rules, with careful attention to edge cases and data integrity.

What We're Looking For

  • Four to ten years of fullstack engineering experience, including product engineering and ownership of architecture or system design.

  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Firebase.

  • A bachelor's degree and strong engineering fundamentals.

  • Experience building accurate, reliable systems in healthtech, fintech, or another operationally complex or sensitive industry.

  • Experience in a high-quality engineering environment where correctness and attention to detail matter.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $160,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
