Senior Fullstack Engineer (React, RN, Node) Senior Full Stack Engineer (TypeScript, React, Node) | Weekend Schedule Client: US social sports prediction platform Engagement: Contract, full time, remote (LATAM) Schedule: Thursday through Monday. Tuesday and Wednesday off. Schedule Requirement This is a permanent weekend seat, not a rotation and not occasional weekend duty. Thursday, Friday, Monday: 9am to 5pm ET Saturday, Sunday: 12pm to 8pm ET On call: 6pm to 12am ET, 1 to 2 days per week, billed at 1.25x base rate for hours actually worked when called in Thursday, Friday and Monday give you full overlap with the US team for planning, review and handoff. Saturday and Sunday you are the engineer on the product while the rest of the team is offline. Do not apply unless this schedule works for you long term. Your work will involve architecting low latency systems and implementing performance sensitive applications, ensuring that our clients receive cutting edge, efficient solutions. The weekend window is where this product carries its heaviest real user traffic, so the work you own is the work that matters most to the business. What You'll Bring Strong full stack development skills, with expertise in TypeScript, React, React Native, Node.js, and SQL. 3 to 6+ years of experience as a full stack engineer or equivalent capability. Proven experience integrating third party services and payment processors, including Stripe, to enhance platform functionality. Proficiency in Docker containerization. Experience with Redis. Expertise in mobile development, whether native iOS/Android or React Native. Exceptional professional English communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic client interaction capabilities, with a professional and self driven approach. Demonstrated ability to work independently. On Saturday and Sunday you are triaging, deciding and shipping without a lead online. What Sets You Apart Experience in developing low latency systems or performance sensitive applications. Previous consulting experience. A background or interest in sports, which aligns with our core product focus. Prior experience holding a fixed weekend or off hours schedule. A true web plus mobile full stack engineer is the ideal, but we will also consider a strong web specialist paired with a strong mobile specialist, provided each can operate across the full stack within their lane and cover the other side well enough to keep the weekend unblocked.
