Join a small product engineering team building AI-enabled software for healthcare providers and patients. You will own critical platform foundations and product workflows, helping make complex clinical and business operations more accurate and easier to manage.
What You'll Do
Design and build end-to-end product features, from data models and APIs through user experiences.
Develop AI-supported clinical workflows for documentation, treatment planning, reassessments, and administrative tasks.
Build systems for authorizations, billing, payments, and provider business operations.
Create patient and family tools for intake, onboarding, scheduling, communication, progress tracking, and payments.
Automate operational workflows and maintain reliable, secure, and compliant production systems.
Make architecture and system design decisions, with careful attention to data integrity, business rules, and edge cases.
What We're Looking For
Four to ten years of fullstack engineering experience and a bachelor's degree.
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Firebase.
Product engineering experience that includes ownership of architecture decisions or system design.
Healthtech experience, or experience building high-accuracy systems in a sensitive or operationally complex industry.
Careful, systems-oriented engineering judgment, with a focus on correctness and reliable handling of business logic.
