Senior Functional Consultant - Oracle Cloud HCM

We are looking for a Senior Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Human Resources solutions. This professional will bridge the gap between HR business needs and the system's technological capabilities, aligning solutions with market best practices.

Responsabilities:

• Lead the end-to-end solution design for the Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR module, ensuring seamless integration between the module and third-party systems.
• Conduct Design/Blueprinting workshops with high-level stakeholders to gather business requirements, identify gaps, and propose HR process solutions.
• Perform module configuration, ensuring that functional requirements are correctly translated into the system.
• Define the functional architecture for data migration (HDL), extractions (HCM Extracts), and integrations (OIC), working collaboratively with the technical team.
• Support the definition of testing strategies, including SIT and UAT.
• Support Cutover planning, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
• Guide and support functional analysts and junior consultants, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices.

• Stay up to date with Oracle quarterly releases (Updates), evaluating their impact and recommending the adoption of new features.

  Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience in HR technology projects, with at least 5 years focused specifically on the Oracle Cloud HCM suite.
• Active participation in at least 3 full lifecycle (End-to-End) Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects, acting as the functional lead for the module.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, HR Management, or a related field.
• Official and active Oracle certifications are highly desirable, such as Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud Implementation Professional or specific module certifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills with executives, including C-Level and HR Directors.
• Analytical mindset and systemic vision.
• Deep practical knowledge of Global Core HR.
• Architectural understanding and practical use of:
  • Fast Formulas, including the ability to read, understand, and design logic for the technical team.
  • VBCS.
  • Approval Management (BPM).
  • Security Profiles, including Job Roles, Data Roles, and Duty Roles.
  • AI.
• Knowledge of reporting architecture, including OTBI, BI Publisher, and FDI.
• Knowledge of data loading and extraction tools, including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, and Spreadsheet Data Loader.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Familiarity with official Oracle implementation methodologies, including TCE/OUM.
• Advanced/fluent English for technical reading and communication with global teams or vendors, if applicable to the company.
