Y our future responsibilities and scope: Implement new systems that are easily maintainable to sustain the scale of the game and make it grow Be a team player, mentor your peers to help them grow, feedback them, write understandable code Clean and refactor code when needed. Pinpoint systems that would need to be reworked and suggest new designs for them Support our well-balanced and efficient team with additional talent to achieve ambitious goals. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code Work closely with designers, artists, and other developers to create cohesive and engaging game experiences Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to integrate new features and improve existing ones The profile we are looking for: 5+ years of experience in game development, but what matters most is the driving force and potential to move the game forward Be a true game maker, have a sense of game feel, and be passionate about making games Solid understanding of mobile gaming, game mechanics, gameplay, UI, and UX. Proficiency in Unity Have experience in game programming patterns (MVC, State Machine, Command, …) Ability to write robust, clean, and maintainable code. Flexible, autonomous, proactive, and accountable for their tasks Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
