What You’ll Own Own 0-to-1 Delivery: Turn working prototypes into live, high-earning games across regulated and crypto operators. Design & Define: Build complete Game Design Documents (core loops, odds, UI, art/audio) and align with mathematicians on house edge, volatility, and simulations. Ship & Scale: Manage RNG certifications (GLI-19, BMM, eCOGRA), platform distribution, and post-launch live ops based on real GGR and margin data. Build with AI Daily: Use tools like Claude, Codex, and Gemini to accelerate specs, math modeling, and prototyping. What Makes You a Fit 4+ Years in iGaming: Proven track record shipping live titles, with fluency in instant-win, virtual sports, or fixed-odds formats over traditional slots. Math & Tech Fluent: Able to dissect payout distributions, hold technical conversations on settlement logic, and spot broken economics instantly. AI-Native Operator: Active user of AI tools with specific daily workflows to share. Bonus Points Experience with provably fair mechanics or crypto casino launches.
