Senior Geotechnical Engineer – Technical Lead | AscentGeo | Warriewood, Sydney

AscentGeo is a boutique geotechnical consultancy working across Sydney's residential, development and infrastructure sectors. We're looking for a senior engineer to lead our technical work.

What you'll do

• Lead technical review and sign-off of investigations, reports and designs
• Take on our complex work: slope stability, excavation support, retaining walls, foundations, groundwater
• Mentor engineering geologists and junior engineers, and set our technical standards
• Work closely with the directors on scoping and technical input to proposals
• Help shape the future direction of the business

What you'll bring

• 8+ years in geotechnical consulting, with strong Sydney experience and industry knowledge
• CPEng/NER, or ready to get there within 12 months (we'll support you)
• A real interest in developing people and working as part of a small team
