Candidates may specialise in one vertical, market, traffic source, or technology area. We are especially interested in professionals capable of building a complete regional or vertical desk.
PinPoint7 welcomes applications from experienced Affiliate Managers worldwide.
We are particularly interested in professionals with proven experience in:
• Nordic-market and Spanish-language iGaming campaigns

• Telehealth and compliant healthcare lead generation
• Media buying, campaign optimisation, and technical campaign management

• Mobile attribution platforms, including AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, and other MMP solutions
Candidates will be evaluated based on their industry experience, professional relationships, technical knowledge, traffic quality, compliance awareness, communication, and ability to activate and scale profitable campaigns.
Selection is based on capability and performance—not nationality, ethnicity, or location.
PinPoint7 is an equal-opportunity network and welcomes qualified applicants from all backgrounds and markets.
As a Senior Global Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Recruiting, activating, and managing affiliates, media buyers, publishers, and agencies
• Building and maintaining strong advertiser and publisher relationships
• Sourcing competitive offers and matching them with suitable traffic partners
• Negotiating CPA, CPL, CPI, RevShare, and hybrid commercial agreements
• Launching and managing campaigns across approved GEOs and traffic sources
• Monitoring conversion rates, traffic quality, retention, profitability, and campaign performance
• Identifying new markets, offers, affiliates, advertisers, and scaling opportunities
• Supporting tracking integrations, pixels, API connections, and server-to-server postbacks
• Reviewing attribution data and troubleshooting tracking discrepancies
• Working with advertisers to resolve campaign, payment, compliance, and performance issues
• Protecting campaign quality by identifying fraud, misleading traffic, and prohibited practices
• Producing clear performance updates and maintaining accurate internal records
• Supporting affiliates with offer selection, optimisation, creatives, and campaign strategy
• Developing profitable verticals or regional desks within the PinPoint7 network
• Maintaining professional and timely communication across all partnerships
We are especially interested in candidates who understand mobile performance marketing and measurement.
Relevant experience may include:

• Mobile attribution and event tracking
• Deep linking and deferred deep linking
• SKAdNetwork and privacy-focused attribution
• CPI, CPA, CPL, and revenue-event optimisation
• Install-to-registration and registration-to-purchase funnels
• In-app events, subscriptions, retention, and lifetime value
• Server-to-server postbacks
• Mobile fraud detection and prevention
• Android, iOS, OEM, and alternative app-distribution traffic
Candidates do not need to be experts in every platform, but they must be comfortable learning technical systems and communicating with advertisers, media buyers, and integration teams.
Candidates applying for the pay-per-call desk should understand areas such as:
• Call tracking and attribution
• Ringba, Invoca, Phonexa, or similar platforms
• IVR systems and intelligent call routing
• Qualified-call duration and acceptance criteria
• Buyer schedules, caps, operating hours, and geographic restrictions

• Lead and call consent requirements
• Insurance, legal, home services, finance, education, or other approved service verticals
• Call-centre relationships and buyer capacity
• Real-time bidding, ping-post, and call-auction models

Candidates working within this vertical must understand that PinPoint7 will only support campaigns that can be lawfully advertised and operated in their intended jurisdictions.
Relevant experience may include:
• Compliant healthcare lead generation
• Patient acquisition for properly authorised providers
• Approved telehealth messaging and advertising claims
• Lead consent and privacy requirements
• Age and location restrictions
• Advertiser licensing and approval procedures
• Call-centre and appointment-generation campaigns
• Data-handling and patient-information safeguards
• Platform-specific healthcare advertising policies
Affiliate Managers will not be authorised to launch unapproved offers, GEOs, creatives, claims, products, or traffic sources.
The ideal candidate will have:
• A minimum of two years of active affiliate management or performance marketing experience
• Experience managing CPA, CPL, CPI, RevShare, or hybrid campaigns
• An established network of affiliates, advertisers, agencies, media buyers, or publishers
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills

• An understanding of traffic quality, fraud prevention, and campaign compliance
• The ability to analyse data and make commercially sound decisions
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Consistent responsiveness and professional communication
• The ability to identify opportunities and build new relationships without constant supervision
Fluency in an additional language is a strong advantage.
This role is for builders, hunters, closers, and problem-solvers.
We are looking for people who can:
• Open new markets
• Activate dormant relationships
• Recruit quality affiliates
• Source and evaluate strong offers
• Resolve technical and commercial problems
• Protect traffic quality
• Understand the numbers behind campaign performance
• Build sustainable revenue rather than chase temporary volume
• Operate with urgency without sacrificing compliance or professionalism
This role is not suitable for candidates who only manage incoming messages, depend entirely on existing company relationships, or cannot demonstrate direct involvement in campaign growth.
The first month will be a structured trial period.
This allows both PinPoint7 and the candidate to evaluate:
• Communication and responsiveness
• Industry experience and relationships
• Commercial judgement
• Campaign and technical knowledge
• Ability to recruit and activate partners
• Traffic quality and campaign performance
• Compliance awareness
• Reliability and cultural alignment
• Ability to create and execute a practical growth plan
Candidates who demonstrate strong execution, professionalism, and the ability to generate sustainable value will be offered a formal long-term contract.
The final contract may include defined responsibilities, performance expectations, compensation, commission structures, and ownership of a specific vertical or regional desk.
Successful candidates will receive access to:
• A competitive compensation structure
• Performance-based commissions and incentives
• On-time CPA, CPL, CPI, and RevShare payments
• Global advertisers and performance offers
• Technical and campaign support
• Remote working flexibility
• The opportunity to build and lead a specialist vertical or regional desk
• Long-term growth opportunities for proven performers
• Greater responsibility and commercial participation as the network expands
• A performance-driven culture built around trust, transparency, and execution
Compensation will depend on experience, relationships, responsibilities, and demonstrated performance.
