ennovationHUB is a rapidly growing international e-commerce group in the home & living sector, with a particular focus on furniture. With hubs in Belgrade, Barcelona, and London, we serve customers throughout the UK, North America, the EU, and APAC.
As we grow toward €160m+ in annual revenue by 2027, we are looking for a Senior Google Ads Specialist to take responsibility for Google Ads performance for one of the brands in our portfolio. You will have direct ownership of growth, advertising efficiency, and profitability.
This is an urgent hire, with an immediate start available. The position is based in London and follows a hybrid model: one day per week at our office near High Street Kensington tube station, with the remaining days worked remotely.
About the Role:
You will join an international, multi-brand e-commerce business where Google Ads is already an established growth channel. With substantial advertising budgets and campaigns running across multiple markets, your decisions will have a measurable impact on revenue and commercial performance.
This role goes beyond day-to-day campaign management. You will be expected to understand what drives results, identify opportunities within large datasets, and turn those insights into practical improvements through testing and hands-on execution.
Working closely with our Head of Performance Marketing, creative team, and data specialists, you will manage £250,000+ in monthly advertising spend across international markets. Your focus will be on delivering strong performance today while building the foundations for efficient, profitable growth over time.
Your responsibilities:
Own Google Ads performance for one e-commerce brand across multiple international markets
Build, manage, and optimise campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and other relevant campaign types
Track and improve ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, revenue, and profitability
Take direct responsibility for growth, efficiency, and overall performance within your assigned brand portfolio
Find opportunities to grow across products, categories, markets, and audience segments
Translate campaign analysis into clear recommendations and practical actions
Carry out account audits and implement ongoing improvements
Partner with developers and analytics colleagues to maintain accurate tracking and measurement
Work with creative and content teams to strengthen ad performance and landing page effectiveness
Contribute to budget planning, forecasting, and performance reporting
Keep up with Google Ads developments, AI-driven advertising capabilities, and industry best practices
Help develop testing strategies and experimentation frameworks that support long-term performance
The opportunity:
Google Ads already plays a central role in our business. Your challenge will be to build on that foundation: uncover new opportunities, improve efficiency, and scale successful campaigns in a competitive e-commerce environment.
You will work alongside experienced colleagues who move quickly and focus on results. We value independent thinking, decisions supported by data, and people who take responsibility for the outcomes of their work.
This is a hands-on ownership role. You will be trusted to make decisions, challenge assumptions, and contribute directly to the growth of the business. In an environment of this scale, even small performance improvements can make a meaningful commercial difference.
In-house e-commerce experience is essential for this position. Candidates whose primary Google Ads experience comes from agencies, consultancies, or freelance work will not be considered.
We are looking for someone who has managed performance from within an e-commerce business, with success measured through revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, and sustainable growth.
You should be comfortable taking responsibility for commercial results and implementing decisions yourself, rather than limiting your contribution to recommendations or campaign delivery.
What we are looking for:
At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
Demonstrated experience owning Google Ads performance within an e-commerce business, including direct responsibility for results and profitability
Strong practical knowledge of Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns
Proven experience working within an in-house e-commerce team
Confidence analysing large datasets and identifying insights that lead to action
A solid understanding of attribution, tracking, and performance measurement
Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Center
Strong analytical skills and close attention to detail
Fluency in written and spoken English
The ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities
A proactive, curious approach and a commitment to continuous improvement
Confidence making independent decisions and taking ownership of their outcomes
Openness to AI and automation, which we are actively expanding across the business
Availability to start immediately or as soon as possible
How you approach your work:
You bring senior-level judgment while remaining closely involved in execution. You use data to guide decisions and turn analysis into practical action.
You are naturally curious, regularly looking for ways to improve performance, and focused on business outcomes. You can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day campaign management and are motivated by the opportunity to build and scale.
Location and travel:
Our London office is near High Street Kensington tube station. You will work from the office one day per week and remotely for the remainder of the week.
We are continuing to invest in our London presence and expect it to become an increasingly important hub for the business. Our wider team works across London, Belgrade, Barcelona, Frankfurt, Oxfordshire, Istanbul, and Guangzhou.
The position also involves travel approximately every 4–8 weeks to Belgrade, Barcelona, or other team locations. These visits support planning sessions, workshops, team gatherings, and strategic discussions.
Alongside remote work, we value regular opportunities to work together in person, particularly as the company continues to grow.
Our culture:
At ennovationHUB, we value:
Accountability and responsibility for results
Turning ideas into action
Clear, straightforward communication
Learning through practical experience
We welcome people from diverse backgrounds who care about doing their work well, taking ownership, and helping the business progress.
This is a long-term opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the growth of an international e-commerce group over the coming years.
