Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Creative / Brand Designer with a proven track record in the luxury, beauty, and premium lifestyle sectors. In this role, you will lead the aesthetic direction for our high-end client portfolio, translating brand narratives into breathtaking, pixel-perfect visual experiences across digital marketing campaigns, e-commerce assets, and email builds.

This is an independent contractor role operating fully remotely during PST business hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST) with async-first communication via Slack and minimal to no meeting overhead.

Key Responsibilities

• Luxury Visual Direction & Execution: Elevate campaign creatives, social assets, and e-commerce designs to reflect an ultra-clean, high-prestige aesthetic.
• Advanced Figma Engineering: Build, refine, and maintain scalable, production-ready email templates and design components using advanced Figma workflows (auto-layout, components, variants, variables, and strict spacing tokens).
• Flawless Quality Control: Maintain meticulous attention to detail—ensuring zero alignment, typography, spacing, or imagery errors across all final deliverables.
• Agile Real-Time Revisions: Work live with the internal team during PST business hours to deliver fast, high-quality edits, revisions, and campaign builds.
• Streamlined Written Communication: Maintain clear, concise, written communication via Slack to streamline reviews, updates, and asset handoffs.
  
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Luxury Portfolio (Required): Must submit a strong portfolio showcasing modern luxury, beauty, high-fashion, or premium DTC design work.
• PST Work Schedule: Must be strictly available to work during PST business hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST) for real-time collaboration and edits.
• Figma Mastery: Expert-level mastery of Figma, including auto-layout, nested components, systemized spacing grids, and responsive email framework design.
• Design Excellence: Masterful eye for ultra-clean layouts, editorial typography, color harmony, and high-end image editing/retouching.
• Communication: Strong written English skills for seamless daily async and real-time collaboration over Slack.
• Experience: 4+ years of digital design experience, ideally within a creative agency specializing in luxury or e-commerce beauty brands.
