Their marketing team supports a network of agents by creating high-quality print and digital materials that strengthen the company's brand and enhance property marketing. The organization values creativity, consistency, collaboration, and attention to detail while delivering professional marketing assets that reflect its reputation across Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, and Wisconsin. About the Role: The client is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support a high-volume marketing environment by creating professional print and digital assets for agents, properties, and corporate initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and is passionate about maintaining brand consistency while delivering visually compelling designs. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the marketing team through Asana and will contribute to a variety of ongoing and custom creative projects. Key Responsibilities Print Marketing Materials Design and produce professional property listing brochures ranging from template-based layouts to fully custom multi-page marketing pieces. Create brochures, flyers, magazines, postcards, business cards, mailers, and other print collateral. Incorporate maps, aerial imagery, storytelling, photography, and branding into compelling property marketing materials. Prepare high-resolution, print-ready files with proper bleeds, color profiles, and production specifications. Digital Marketing Assets Design social media graphics for multiple platforms. Create presentations and marketing materials in Canva. Develop digital advertisements for promotional campaigns. Create digital marketing assets that support agent, property, and corporate marketing initiatives. Branding & Creative Design Maintain and expand existing brand templates while ensuring visual consistency across all marketing materials. Create custom vector artwork using Adobe Illustrator for apparel, promotional merchandise, and branded marketing assets. Design custom apparel, hats, promotional products, and giveaway graphics for production. Produce vehicle wraps, signage, billboards, sponsorship graphics, and other large-format marketing materials. Marketing Support Create onboarding materials for new agents, including welcome packages, business cards, signage, and promotional collateral. Design marketing pieces for agent promotions and custom campaigns. Support corporate branding initiatives and one-off creative requests. Ensure consistency across all marketing materials and visual communications. Collaboration & Project Management Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Collaborate with internal stakeholders through Asana. Incorporate feedback efficiently and make revisions as needed. Organize project files and maintain design assets for future use. Qualifications & Skills Must Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva. Strong experience designing both print and digital marketing materials. Experience designing multi-page layouts, brochures, mailers, advertisements, presentations, and branded marketing materials. Knowledge of typography, print production, CMYK color modes, bleeds, and preparing print-ready files. Experience creating custom vector artwork, apparel graphics, vehicle wraps, signage, and other large-format marketing materials. Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. Strong understanding of branding and maintaining visual consistency. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal. Portfolio showcasing print design, branding, social media graphics, and multi-page layout projects. Preferred Experience with Asana or other project management platforms. Experience designing for real estate, agriculture, outdoor, or lifestyle brands. Experience creating and preparing production-ready artwork for signage, vehicle wraps, apparel, and promotional materials. Familiarity with rural real estate, agriculture, hunting culture, or Midwestern land ownership. Personality Traits Highly creative with strong visual design skills.
