As we continue to grow, we are looking for a: Senior Graphic Designer City: Belgrade Responsibilities: Develop and oversee the brand’s design strategy, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and brand objectives. Conceptualize and deliver innovative design ideas that strengthen the brand’s visual identity and resonate with the target audience. Manage and evolve the brand’s visual identity, including brand guidelines and visual standards. Lead and mentor the creative team, ensuring high-quality and consistent design output. Create and oversee advanced visual content, graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print platforms. Support marketing and communication initiatives through strong visual solutions and campaign assets. Collaborate closely with marketing, communications and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance creative quality and performance. Zahtevi Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (EQF levels 6 or 7) in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the same or similar roles. Strong proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). In-depth understanding of design principles, typography, color theory and composition. Ability to conceptualize and create engaging visual content across multiple platforms (web, mobile, social media, print).
